Patient Feedback Survey Results
I would like to thank 285 of our patients who completed a patient questionnaire at the end of last year about the service we provide at Dalyellup Family Medical Centre. The questionnaires were collated by a professional company who then provided us with the feedback. We are very pleased to say that over 90% of our patients were very happy with the service they receive from us.
