COSMOS HEALTH CARE

Dalyellup Family Medical Centre partners with an organisation called Cosmos Alliance which supports primary care health work in Zimbabwe. Sizolwethu Mobile Health in Zimbabwe provides mobile clinics and health education to poor communities in and around Bulawayo. The practice has fundraised for a number of cases there who have needed surgery but were unable to afford this.
