I would like to thank 285 of our patients who completed a patient questionnaire at the end of last year about the service we provide at Dalyellup Family Medical Centre. The questionnaires were collated by a professional company who then provided us with the feedback.

We are very pleased to say that over 90% of our patients were very happy with the service they receive from us. The waiting time and doctor availability were mentioned as areas where our patients were least happy.

The findings of the questionnaires have been discussed with the Doctors and all the staff of the Dalyellup Family Medical Centre as we value your input and do take it seriously.  Our Doctors will endeavour to keep on time and we will try to notify you if a doctor is running particularly late with appointments on the day.

There is a suggestion box permanently on the front desk where you can give us constructive criticism at any time. Also, as Practice Manager I am happy to be approached by patients with complaints and or praise.

So thank you to all who participated and we hope you will help us provide a professional and friendly service again in 2015 with your continued suggestions and feedback.
