Dalyellup Family Medical Centre is no longer taking new patients.
We have had a large increase in new patients over the last two years and we are finding it more difficult to see our patients within an short timeframe.
Not taking on new patients should allow our current patients to access our services more easily and with less wait time.
We intend to review this decision in 3 months’ time and apologise for any inconvenience it might cause.
