Appointments
Before coming to our Dalyellup doctor’s surgery, you will need to book an appointment with us either online or via phone call.
To help reduce waiting times in the surgery, we ask that you book a double appointment for the following:
- Medical examinations
- First visits and any forms to be completed
- Removal of lesions
- Pap smears
- If you have several points you wish to discuss with the doctor
Surgery Hours
- Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am – 11:30am*
- Sundays & all Public Holidays: Closed
Fees and Billing
Dalyellup Family Medical Centre is a private billing practice. Most consultations will incur an out-of-pocket expense, including for pension and health care card holders. Our reception team can advise you of the expected fee when you book your appointment.
We understand that circumstances can be challenging, and if you are experiencing financial hardship, please discuss this directly with your doctor.
We do offer bulk billing for:
- Children under 6 years of age
- Immunisations for both adults and children
